We would like to inform you that a significant change in the ownership structure of AMiT Automation occurred on October 30, 2025. The company has transitioned into the hands of two long-standing members of the management team – Aleš Krutina and Petr Kašík, who have been actively involved in its technical, commercial, and strategic direction for many years.
This step is a natural continuation of the AMiT brand’s more than thirty-year history and a confirmation of trust in its own team and Czech technological know-how. The strategy for the upcoming period is to maintain the tradition of high-quality development and production of Czech electronics, while simultaneously moving the company towards modern trends in automation, digitalization, and system integration. Under the leadership of the new owners, AMiT Automation will further strengthen partnerships with both Czech and international companies, expand its product portfolio, and strive to increase the technical quality and user value of its solutions.
