Technical support for business associates and designers is free of charge. Have you encountered any problem? Something does not work the way it should? First, please make sure (best if you check on our website) that you have the latest version of the operating system of the control system and that you use the current versions of other programme equipment.
Many problems have already been solved in newer versions of programme equipment and you may eliminate your problems by updating your software. However, if your trouble persists even after an update, the error lies elsewhere.
